Well… you’ve been asking and we at Pro-Fit have been trying our hardest to bring Yoga classes to you for some time now.

Ads have been posted seeking Yoga Instructors and we have asked far and wide but to no avail. So, Bobbie-Jo and I (Tara) decided to take one for the team… and we enrolled, practiced and became certified YogaFit Teachers in mid-November. Now, we ask for your patience (we are new after all) and your attendance to our classes — watch the website and Facebook for updates to the aerobics schedule which may include sample Yoga classes.
