Step 101: If you have never taken a step aerobic class before, this is perfect for you. In this one hour class, you will learn basic step terminology and patterns, so that you become comfortable performing the various moves on the step.
Step & Sculpt: a combination one hour class uses the step to challenge your cardiovascular while using various forms of resistance to tone & strengthen your entire body.
Pro-Body Camp: This fast, fun, athletically challenging one hour class works your entire body. A hard-core mix of circuit weight training and cardio sport drills. It will make you sweat!!! Great for all fitness levels.
Body Sculpt: Enjoy a one hour non-impact toning and strengthening class utilizing various forms of resistance to work the entire body. Great for all levels!
Core & More on the Ball: Use the resist-a-ball, bands and free weights in this one-hour class to give you a total body workout. Emphasis will be on core stabilization, strength, and flexibility while working your full body.
Cardio Sculpt: This one hour class incorporates the best of cardio exercise and body sculpting moves with resistance. Increase your cardio endurance as well as tone and strengthen your entire body.
BLT: Tone & strengthen your body with concentration on butt, legs & thighs. Be warmed-up and ready to go for this ½ hour conditioning class.
Gentle Start: A 45 minute low-impact class designed for the novice exerciser, with gentle resistance combining toning & strengthening. Offering easy to follow aerobic patterns and guidance regarding proper form, this workout is great for beginners and fosters an understanding of exercise..
Amazing Abs: Tone & strengthen your abdominal area. Prior warm-up required for this ½ hour class.
