Stemming from his own personal triumphs, Jason has come to have genuine passion for personal fitness. Not always the fitness professional, he was inspired and motivated to lose weight after being severely obese for the majority of his life, and it wasn’t long until his healthy habit became an infatuation. Eventually, after losing over 180lbs, Jason’s ambitions grew much higher as he discovered the new capabilities and strengths his efforts had earned him; allowing him to participate in the competitive sports of Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Fostering a genuine interest in self-improvement and physical performance, his ambitions lead him to further his experience though education, eventually earning both his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Masters of Physiotherapy. Today, his training focuses on fitness from a wide background of rehabilitation and performance, combined with the compassion and knowledge of personal experience.

The idea of self-improvement may seem intimidating to some, but is a genuinely exciting endeavor. The construction of a foundation of which to build your body to new heights is always Jason’s primary focus; enabling you to do more and feel the progress your new strengths and confidence brings. Combined with a strong concept of functional movement, both your goals and your new body can be unshakeable.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • B.Sc. Kinesiology and M.Sc. Physiotherapy
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with National Strength and Conditioning Association – NCSA-CSCS
  • Certified Personal Trainer with National Strength and Conditioning Association – NCSA-CPT
  • CrossFit Level 1 Certification
  • TRX Suspension Training Certification – Level 1
  • Certified First-Aid/CPR
