The Best 1 Hour Workout

At Pro-Fit-Studio, you'll get the energy of a group workout with the attention of our personal trainers who are knowledgeable, encouraging, and committed to helping you meet your fitness goals.

We use HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training to give you an all-out workout through quick, intesne burst of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more calories in less time. Whether you're an athlete or just starting your fitness journey, Pro-Fit Studio is designed for all fitness levels


Level 1

Our beginner sessions will start you off on the right foot. Spend an hour working out and learning about our SYNRGY 360 XL and our training style in quick tempo group session. Structured exercises with a 30-15 work-rest tempo.


Level 2

Our intermediate sessions will turn up the volume! 1 full hour of sweat and music to help you push through longer intervals and more challenging skill based movements. Advanced and modded exercises with a 40-20 work-rest tempo.


Level 3

Our Advanced sessions are for those looking for the absolute most out of their time and workout. With a mix of conditioning and cardio intervals we recommend completing levels 1 and 2 before rising to the challenge of level 3. Intense full body exercises with a 40-20 work-rest tempo.
