ARE YOUR MEALS FRESH OR FROZEN?
All meals are prepared fresh the day before Pick-Up. All you have to do is refrigerate the meals and reheat them in the microwave whenever you're ready to eat. We recommend reheating for 1-2 minutes according to your preference. If you choose to freeze your meals the best option for reheating is to empty the contents of your meal container into an oven-safe baking tray and reheat in an oven (or microwave oven).
HOW LONG WILL THE FOOD LAST?
We recommend that you refrigerate your meals and snacks as soon as you receive them and keep your fridge temperature between 1-3 degrees celsius. The meals should last you 4-5 days in the refrigerator. If you do not intend to eat the meals within the first 3 days of delivery we recommend freezing them.
HOW DO I REHEAT THE MEALS?

HOW DO I ORDER KETO MEALS?
You can call no-carb requests @ 905-765-1210 with your order. ProFood staff will swap out any carb sides for an additional serving of veggies.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR MEALS?
You can find the calorie count and the amount of protein, carbs, and fat for each meal on each of your ProFood Meal Containers, and also by scrolling through our handy menu.
DO YOU HAVE ALLERGEN INFORMATION FOR EACH MEAL?
Yes, you can find the allergen information for each meal on each of your ProFood Meal Containers, and also by asking ProFood Staff.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR MEATS FROM?
Our meats are sourced from Kirkland Brands, Fortinos, and other local butcher shops in Haldimand County.
HOW DO I ORDER?
You can select as many meals as your package has per day. If you're looking for 3 meals a day for the week you can select the Pro package (18 meals/week). Simply select your meals for the week and speak to our staff for payment.
IS THERE AN ORDER DEADLINE?
Yes, the ordering deadline is Fridays at 9pm. In order to receive your meals the following Monday and Thursday. For orders received past the deadline we will do our best to accommodate your order, however, if it is received much past the deadline a ProFood staff member will contact you with an update of your order and a confirmation.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel orders until Thursday at 5pm for a full refund.
