Update on Operations 

Following our closure on March 20th 2020,  we have been in close correspondence with elected officials and other business owners to ensure we are able to comply with any new regulations concerning fitness facilities. 

Six Nations council is in the process of finalizing a health and safety code of conduct for local businesses to be in compliance with for reopening.  There are conference meetings  scheduled for different types of businesses to offer input next week and finalize the Reopening Plan. This is to ensure all factors are taken into consideration and to take as many preventative measures as possible. 

Once this plan is finalized, we will have a better idea on what our policies and regulations will be as well as the timeframe on when we will be looking to reopen. For now, we are taking any proactive measures we can to ensure we are fully stocked on cleaning supplies, with a structured cleaning process planned, as well as placing orders for any additional supplies we may need including but not limited to PPE to ensure the safety of our members and staff.

 

We all know this has been a long road and we are eager be back into the gym atmosphere but important steps need to be taken from several parties to ensure we can provide those services safely in our new reality. We appreciate your patience and understanding during all of this.

FAQ

WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MEMBERSHIP FEES DURING THIS TIME? 

Effective March 20th 2020, each membership that is linked to an auto-pay scheduling fee was placed on an open-ended suspension. The suspensions will not be removed until we reopen the facility. 

I HAD PURCHASED A PIF MEMBERSHIP. WILL MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY BE EXTENDED? 

All PIF memberships were exported from our software and uploaded into a final spreadsheet to ensure that once we know when we will be reopening, we can adjust the expiration dates accordingly. 

I PURCHASED A SHORT-TERM MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE YOU REMAINED OPEN AND NOW I WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO USE MY MEMBERSHIP ONCE YOU REOPEN. WILL I BE REFUNDED? 

We do not have a definitive policy mapped out for this problem as of yet due to the uncertainty of when we are to reopen. That said, we take pride in our customer satisfaction and will ensure that your problem is addressed accordingly. If you are in this situation, please email our Client Service Specialist at clientservices@pro-fithealthclub.com that way we can let you know our solution once it is settled. 

WILL ALL OF THE AMENITIES BE OPENED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE FACILITY? 

We will turn to the Chief, Six Nations Council and the Health Code of Conduct to determine what will reopen and when. That said, your safety is our first priority and therefore we may need to look at a soft reopen and slowly integrate our additional services as time goes on. 

We do intend to begin selling our Pro Shop products (i.e. clothing and supplements) online and they will be made available for delivery or pick up during your gym visit. These items will be sold through our MINDBODY webpage. Simply visit https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/launch  or download the MINDBODY app and search the list of products available. You can purchase these items directly through that portal so that we can respect the social distancing guidelines.  

WHAT IS THE BEST PLACE TO OBTAIN ANY UPDATES PERTAINING TO NEW POLICIES AND REGULATIONS?

We understand each one of you has a different comfort level when it comes to all the platforms made available to the public. That is why we believe it best to offer a streamlined method of communication on all platforms to ensure everyone receives the information in a timely manner.
