Q. Why should I join Pro-Fit Health Club?
A. We are the only local fitness club that provides a top-tier gym experience with modern equipment, friendly staff, all-inclusive services, and excellent service. No matter what aspect of fitness interests you most, we've got you covered!
Q. How much is a membership at Pro-Fit Health Club?
A. We offer several different membership rates, and have occasional deals on memberships. For the most accurate information on pricing please reach out to us or visit us in-person.
Q. Is there a fee for cancelling my membership?
A. There may be. If you are cancelling a yearly contract within your first year of membership, there is a fee of up to $149 that can be charged for early cancellation.
Q. Can I pause my membership?
A. Yes. Monthly memberships and yearly paid-in-full memberships can be placed on hold. There is a $10/month fee for placing a membership on hold. In some scenarios this fee CAN be waived including medical leave or leaving for school.
Q. How can I cancel my membership
A. Either visit us in-person or email info@pro-fithealthclub.com to proceed with cancelling a membership. We CANNOT cancel memberships over the phone, and only in extenuating circumstances can a membership be cancelled by a person who is not the contract holder.
Q. Can someone else use my membership?
a. No. A membership contract and associated keytag is only valid to let the person whose name is on the contract into the facility.
Q. Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
A. Yes. There is a $25 fee for a membership to be transferred. We simply require the information of both individuals involved in the transfer, an updated method of payment, and signatures of both parties.
Q. I used to be a member. Can I get my old membership rate?
A. Any person can receive a membership at a previous rate ONLY if they sign up within 3-months of the cancellation/expiration of their previous contract. Otherwise they will need to pay the current membership rates.
Q. How old does a person need to be to attend the gym?
A. Members under the age of 18 must have a parent consent form signed by a parent/guardian prior to purchasing a membership. Members 15-16 must have a parent/guardian sign a consent form & attend the facility with a parent/guardian.
