"I have been physically active since my early teens (high school football, martial arts, running, weight training). It became my lifestyle. My advice to someone who is apprehensive about becoming physically active is: just start because your body is your biggest responsibility. If you don’t have your health nothing else matters. It’s like driving a stick shift; once you get moving forward from a stopped position, the other gears come easy. Just start. I first heard about Pro-Fit through my son who had me in for a guest visit. I later switched gyms. What I enjoy most about Pro-Fit is the size and variety of equipment.
